The 2022 Bourcier-Martinot Saint-Véran is a fresh and expressive white Burgundy crafted by Collovray & Terrier at Domaine des Deux Roches in Davayé, located in the Mâconnais region of southern Burgundy. Made from 100% Chardonnay, this wine showcases the region's characteristic minerality and charm.

In the glass, it presents a pale golden hue with brilliant clarity. The nose offers inviting aromas of white peach and subtle floral notes. On the palate, it is smooth and well-balanced, featuring peachy flavors complemented by a streak of minerality. The wine's freshness and creamy texture make it an excellent aperitif and a versatile companion to white meats, creamy dishes, and soups.
