Daniel Crochet Sancerre Rosé 2023 is a vibrant and elegant wine made from 100% Pinot Noir, grown in the clay-limestone and Kimmeridgian marl soils of Sancerre and Bué. It presents a brilliant pale salmon hue with fragrant aromas of ripe strawberries and raspberries. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and refined.
The wine is crafted through gentle pneumatic pressing of whole grape bunches, followed by cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks. It is aged on fine lees for 3–4 months, lightly fined, filtered, and bottled on the estate.
Best served at 10°C as an aperitif or at 12°C with food, it pairs beautifully with salads, seafood, chicken, and Asian cuisine.
