Domaine Huet Vouvray Clos du Bourg Sec 2021

Dry, almost chalky, but giving, with beautiful acidity pumping energy into the flavors of Bosc pear, shaved ginger, Meyer lemon and honeysuckle. Silky in texture, with a subtle bite that firms this up. While this could be enjoyed now, it is still rather tightly wound and should unfurl nicely with age.
