Montesco Agua de Roca Sauvignon Blanc 2022

Rock Water couldn't be a more apt name for this wine, made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown on the mountains of Tunuyan, right under the Andes. Matias selects the grapes for this wine from plant to plant in those high-altitude vineyards, and makes the wine partially in steel and partially in concrete eggs. The wine ages 12 months in concrete eggs before bottling. Fresh, electric, and truly mineral.
