Scar of the Sea Grenache 2021

This wine is made with a nod to how wines have been made in this region for decades. The grapes were harvested in early August and then fermented in an old redwood tank with 50% whole cluster. The wine was aged in old french oak barrels for 7 months before being bottled with minimal sulfur and without filtration.
